Terms of Service

By using Vumote you agree to these terms. They’re intentionally short. Please read them.

The service

Vumote lets you reach and control your own computers, and other machines you’re authorised to access. You are responsible for having permission to connect to any device you use Vumote with, and for complying with the laws that apply to you.

Availability

Vumote is provided “as is” and without a service-level guarantee. Features may change and occasional interruptions can happen. We’ll always do our best to keep your sessions working.

Subscriptions

Paid plans renew automatically for the period you choose and can be cancelled any time from your account, effective at the end of the current period. Free accounts include one hour of connected time each UTC day. The Annual plan removes that limit while the subscription is active; the Lifetime plan removes it without a recurring renewal.

For an Annual purchase through the Apple App Store, payment is charged to your Apple Account and the subscription renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it in your App Store account settings. The Lifetime plan is a one-time, non-renewing purchase. Website purchases are managed through the customer portal provided at checkout.

Acceptable use

Don’t use Vumote to access systems you don’t have the right to, to distribute malware, or to break the law. We may suspend accounts that do.
